7. **Human-Robot Collaboration**: In assembly line operations, intelligent cobots like the KUKA LBR iiwa can collaborate directly with humans without the need for protective barriers, ensuring safe operation. The sensitivity of these collaborative robots allows them to be flexibly applied to assembly line tasks as they can compensate for tolerances.

8. **Intelligent Control Software**: KUKA's intelligent control software allows lightweight robots to maintain a stable connection with conveyor belts or assembly carts, obtaining exact information about speed and position, dynamically adjusting their operations to adapt to the assembly line work.

9. **Optical Inspection Functions and Tactile Sensing Systems**: With optical inspection functions and tactile sensing systems, the sensitive KUKA LBR iiwa automatically adjusts to new situations when the conveyor belt vibrates or stops, allowing it to continue its work smoothly.

The application of these automated technologies not only improves production efficiency and product quality but also enhances the flexibility and scalability of the production line to meet market demands for diverse and personalized products.
